James:

Been following GOTK for a while. It was a telecom that was working on a variable-frequency secure radio for the Israeli army, but it eventually got beaten out. They're currently changing their corporate structure to make it entirely U.S.-based; their new attempt at a market is in hospital phone services. A great time to have played it, which I discussed with Instock but didn't act on, was the last day of the year, after the final exhaustion created by confused bottom-fishers trying to take a last-minute tax loss.
A friend knows someone who holds 50K shares and looks very green in the gills every time I see him. He was counting on news coming out in January; now he's not so sure. A market-maker I know rolled his eyes when I mentioned it to him; I get the feeling it's one of the favorite shorts in the shark-tank--sorta like JTS has been. It's really nasty when the sharks pull your shorts down. Your voice tends to go up.

Ivan

PS: By MEOWW, I guess you were referring to a PGDCEB? (A post-gap dead-cat exhaution bottom) For GOTK to have been such it would've had to have gapped (the alleged cutoff is 30%), but I don't see that anywhere in the charts.
