The second delivery to Company X is due this month per the company press release dated July 16, 1997. It is posted at the company website.

It was posted earlier guesses as to who Company X could be, I believe the name that came up most frequently was British Aerospace.

Company X has got to be Lockheed/Martin. They are the only users of heads-up displays left. Of further interest I saw a propaganda flic on the F-22 the other day. In the film it was mentioned that the F-22 uses an advanced heads-up display, but in the near future a "revolutionary" 3-D display will be installed. I think its safe to say that the MVIS system will be the display of choice in every US military aircraft and helicopter, with all old units eventually retrofitted. The military hates duplication.
