I'll play your game for a bit. :)

When did you call?

How do I know you called?

Well, I suppose you could call Bryce Stoveall at 202-942-8938 and ask him the same question and whether or not someone called about 10 minutes ago asking that question.

If you posted without being ABSOLUTELY sure of this info, it would appear that you are hyping the stock.

I was already reasonably certain of it, as there is a limitation on the number of shares insiders can sell, and it's a per-quarter figure, but felt it wise to confirm that specific point, just in case.

Interesting how I spent time researching a potentially very negative aspect of a company in which I own shares and reported my findings very honestly (they would've been just as honest had I found some really ugly stuff), and get accused of hyping by someone in another thread.

If you feel I'm hyping that stock, please join the thread and say so. You'll find that people tend to deal with both sides of the issue quite nicely, as we're all very well aware of the negatives. Hell, I've pointed out most of them. Unless you think I'm hyping when I talk about what an anchor 150M outstanding shares can be.
