Any idea how GASS is going to finance this rather large purchase? Will they issue stock? Debt?

I've been holding this stock for a year now, and should have traded in and out a couple times, but didn't. One thing I do like about the company is that management options don't kick in until $4.50, so they have incentive to get the stock price up. Although this may be easier said than done considering the El Nino winter is causing low nat gas prices.

Does anyone know when we can expect a little action from this stock?
The company says they have "THE"acquisition, Ok, Rick, Show us "THE"
money. Get this engine started..
