North Koreans held a free and fair vote to elect Kim Jong un. Russians held a free and fair vote to elect Vladimir Putin. Filipinos held a free and fair vote to elect Duterte. Turks held a free and fair vote to elect Erdogan. Germans held a free and fair vote to elect Adolf Hitler, in the past. Americans held a free and fair vote to elect Donald Trump. They are all authoritarian rulers, yet free and fair. When Russian bots trick gullible voters into doing something in their favor, is it still free and fair?
