BSYN -- Perhaps this is a value penny stock.. depending on the price paid...but its very slow growth. It's a grey market stock but nevertheless over the years I have been able to accumulate shares on the cheap. I think I managed one block of 50k shares at .002 about 15 years ago.

My exit strategy is just to wait for CEO to sell the business/retire.

The weird thing is when I got filled for the block at .002 the CEO was exercising options to buy stock at .02 or .03 cents. Today the BV is over a dime.

I'm just throwing this out there because its the kind of thing I look even though liquidity makes nearly impossible to get in or out.

And look -- they are fully reporting company
