Jay, I believe EMC is scheduled to pay MTIC approximately $7 million during the March quarter 1998 and make that same payment during the March quarter 1999,2000 and 2001. I think the company accounts for this as other income and accrues it every quarter so we will not see an impact to earnings during the March quarter except that it will lower interest expense and therfore help earnings.
