The overall ratio of buy/sell signals is getting close to 95 which usually accompanies a new rally. The trend score will probably approach -99 or -100 as well. There seems a defined pattern for now of a low in the first week, rally in the middle of the month, and then sell off the last week into the new month. The Fed purchases bonds sometime during 5-7 days before the options expiration week.
