Thanks Bill! I'm letting it go to 24 hours before I give up

LindyBill or anyone. I let my latest batch (new starter using 3 tablets) go 24 hours but was concerned that my Dash Bulk was over-cooking at nearly 120 degrees. However it did seem to have a fair amount of solids at 24 hours so I moved it to the refrigerator. This morning I seem to have something that is the consistency of runny cottage cheese (see below). It is slightly sour but not overly so. Is this the good stuff? What should I do to make it more solid and smoother? Get a different yogurt maker? Incubate longer than 24 hours?

Any and all ideas welcome!
