Doug54,
It seems I was right, If you can't see the sick, intimidating minds at work in Tonto's post, Maybe you should do some more DD, Pugs54

I haven't seen anyone get outraged about his attack on you.

Consider me outraged, yet amused. In retrospect, Pugs apologized for being wrong; not for his actions. I believe that "apology" was motivated by people on his side of the fence pointing out how he was appearing to "nays" and "yays" alike. The amusing part is that once he got that out of the way, he immediately went back to the same activities, and worse.

What's not amusing is that he has taken a disagreement that was confined to this thread, and turned it into very real attacks in real life.

Hey Pugs, you can slam me for this if you want, but what more do you want from
tonto? He's basically stated he's not going to comment about the actions of folks on
either side, and he doesn't know where the stock will trade. His opinion is the SEC
does not decide where it trades, do you really think he's lying, or maybe misinformed?
I, of course have no idea who is right, so that's how much this post is worth. I am, as
always, confused. ;-)

I hear what you're saying Pugs, I just don't see it. He said he's not sure where it's going
to trade. As far as him saying the company is lying, that's his take on what, at best, can
be described as incorrect information posted by the company in their past filings. That
is, after all, what the recent 8K corrected. Again, he stated he doesn't wish to engage
in personal attacks on either side, and I am frankly amazed he hasn't so far. I'm sure he
has somewhat strong opinions about the quality/accurateness of posts from both sides.
That is how I see it, that's all.

I really think we are getting nowhere by continuing personal attacks, letters to
employers/SEC/NASD, threatened law suits, etc. Obviously it isn't doing much to stop
the attacks on us and RMIL, if anything, it's escalated the attacks. I'm afraid it might be
turning many folks/lurkers off (just a guess), I know it's not making me very happy
about being part of this. I say let them spew and post relevant information only, time
will tell who is correct about the issues on trading, the squeeze, the fundis, etc. All this
is, of course, my humble and uninformed opinion. I'll let it rest now.

I went through the tonto discussion with pugs already, I posted that I couldn't
understand why he was jumping on tonto. Posts below, only meaningful section is the
plea at the bottom of the second one for everyone to chill out. We agreed to disagree.
Sorry for all the editing, It's friday, happy hour started already. (sorry ditch)

In my less than learned opinion, I think you're reaching on this one. Proximity of
residence hardly makes for a case of nefarious collusion. As always, I am dazed,
confused uninformed... The Missing Link.
