Yes, it delusional. There is no future where that would happen for any number of reasons. Depending on the organ, it is far easier to use the patients own cells to grow the organ on a scaffold. Which has the big advantage of getting around rejection problems. Not to mention far quicker than trying to support growing a fetal organ to adult size.

As to your question, do you mean legally or biologically?

The two are not the same, you know.
