Please do your DD before posting. The AT&T litigation relates to the 800 numbers issue ONLY. ftel.com

You are completely wrong in your inference of what this litigation relates to a little research might have helped. The following paragraph is completey wrong

"Unjust enrichment means that AT&T is arguing that if FTEL can't sell long distance and not have to pay for the infrastructure to provide it, as AT&T has. If FTEL gets the benefits of being a long distance telephone provider without paying for the infrastructure cost, like AT&T, then FTEL is unjustly making money."

This is stated as fact. I would take care when trying to state what the company is fighting especially in a public forum.

The ATT law suit has NOTHING to do with voice over the net. It is about the 800 Service from Connect america which was used approx 1 year ago for nationwide internet access. Connect America was scamming the small ISP's and Connect America was not paying ATT. Franklin was the one that brought the problem to ATT and the law. ATT in turn sued franklin and these other Isp's for the 800 use.
That's it in a Nut shell.
If you want a demo of the Voice Quality on the Tempest call Franklin.
Voice over the Net is going to be huge. IF franklin catches a FRACTION of the Business 6 Bucks will be peanuts. IMO
IS this a Speculation, YES But I have weighed the Odds and have made my Bet.

I may fly out to get a demo of this product, and also see if I can dig up some local information/opinions on the company and its managment.

I'd like to get the demo too. Let me know by e-mail when you plan on going. I'll meet you at the company.

Regards,
Buzz
