Hi 49er; Ran across this tidbit in my surfing and thought it might be of interest to you- "Ted Arnold, analyst with Merrill Lynch, believes that the European Union Central Bank will be holding about 20% of its reserves in gold...", even though it goes further to say that they would then have about 12,000 tons to dispose of (assuming they all would want to sell). Found at: swiftsite.com click on "Popourri", scroll down to "Metals Market Overview" (the 2nd one), then down 6 or 7 paragraphs to "Ted Arnold...". PR
