So, with the head less than half way out of the birth canal, the fetus is not alive... right?

If it is not alive, then it is not human... right?

If it is not human, then it has no rights... right?

If it is not human,then it is property... right?

And if it is property, it can be killed or otherwise disposed of at the will of the owner... right?
