Dr Meade, I am, by no means, an expert on MDIN, but I do hold a small position. It is hard to put in a nutshell what has happened with MDIN over the last year or so since it has been quite a soap opera. If you want something current to ponder, however, consider their current investor relations situation. For a long time, we all spoke to a man named Dave Derricho(sp?) as IR. That was before MDIN's fall from around $2 to it's current price of .15 or so. NOW we are being told that Dave is out (even though he is still apparently answering questions and taking calls) and a man named Ralph Ulm is in. And Ralph has nothing nice to say about Dave. Perhaps.....if MDIN hits .02 or so, Ralph will be replaced by yet another real thing IR person and that person will have nothing but disparaging comments about Ralph. Who knows? On a similar note, I have a unique perspective on this because I didn't check up on the MDIN thread here on SI for a little over 100 posts. That put us back in late November. When I finally read all the notes, I saw someone appearing on the thread back then and warning us all that Ralph Ulm would be pushing this issue and was trouble. Everyone responded with basically "Ralph who? Never heard of him". Then, a little later, I see great exultation that we have a NEW IR person named Ralph Ulm! Hooray!! Now I don't know squat about Ralph or about the person who warned us about him, but I think it begs the question as to how did he/she know before the rest of us and does this advance knowledge infer that this person knows other things we are not currently aware of..... I have no answers, just more questions. Jape
