It appears your definition supports post birth abortion. Is that your intent? No. I was using breath as a proxy for birth, trying to keep it simple. That's how people commonly think of birth, at least in the movies <g>. There can be no such thing, by definition, as a post-birth abortion. You can't abort something that already happened. That's rather like changing your mind having jumped from a cliff. There's no do-over. It appears your definition supports post birth abortion. Is that your intent? You are still simply restating. You are not giving me an argument for your position. On what basis do you claim that it's a person rather than a potential person. If you can't explain it, then you have to consider that it's just your unsubstantiated belief.
