A Human Person is a human being that is recognized by the state as being a a person; has been granted person hood.

And when does that official grant happen? The signing of the birth certificate, perhaps? The registration of a name? The awarding of a SSN? The counting in the census for apportionment? Even slaves were accorded two-thirds of a person in the Constitution for purposes of apportionment. I didn't notice that a six-month fetus counted as two thirds of a person let alone a whole person. You got to be a citizen based on where you were born, not where you were conceived.

Recognition requires birth.
