I hear that is a problem for most people. Do you exercise? Don't want to change too much all at once. Walk the puppy more!

Your quitting an addictive habit and I'd follow up with teevee's suggestion of adding a walk to your every day routine to help replace it. I started running when I quit smoking. You'll need something to help relieve the mental stress.
