Hill-Rom Company, Inc., headquartered in Batesville, Ind., is the world's leading manufacturer
of patient care products and the leading provider of specialized rental therapy products designed to
assist in managing the complications of patient immobility. Products include medical-surgical hospital
beds, critical care beds, stretchers, birthing beds and radiant infant warmers. The company
manufactures a complete line of patient room furniture, modular headwall systems, power columns,
nurse communication systems and patient voice-activation systems. Hill-Rom refurbishes hospital
beds, a business it pioneered. It also rents specialized therapy patient support surfaces and beds for
wound and pulmonary therapy for managing the complications associated with patient immobility.

Hill-Rom's manufacturing facilities are located in Batesville, Ind., and Charleston, S.C. In 1991,
Hill-Rom acquired Le Couviour SA, of Pluvigner, France. Le Couviour is the leading manufacturer
of hospital beds and patient room furniture in France and a leader in Europe. In 1994, Hill-Rom
acquired L. & C. Arnold AG, of Schorndorf/Kempen in Germany. Arnold is one of the oldest and
largest manufacturers of hospital beds and patient room furniture in Germany.

Hill-Rom was established by William A. (Bill) Hillenbrand in 1929. The company name was derived
from the first syllables of the surnames of the original business partners: Bill Hillenbrand and George
Romweber.

Thanks Michael and James Lee Bland as well for the information you have posted on the annual shareholder's meeting! Also Michael thanks for doing a little digging on the numbers for Columbia HCA and the Crowne Plaza...

I can't find the numbers for Hill Rom facilities on the net, either.
Truth is it doesn't really matter as any numbers we come up with would be purely conjecture as far as determining how much business might come the company's way.

But for the sake of argument lets say that Cyclopss was able to book a number of contracts in this business. The Crowne Ravina Plaza contract alone was for $400,000.

How many new laundry contracts were booked this quarter?

Any guesses?

Apparently Bill Stoddard let it slip that shareholders would be happy with the quarterly results next week.

Wouldn't most of the current income be associated with the laundry business?

How many contracts does it take to break even? How many to make an actual profit?

The company is getting closer to that day. Hopefully the upcoming quarterly report should be proof positive along those lines.

So what do you think people? With over 400 existing facilities in two of the three companies that cyclopss is working with to be potentially replaced at some time in the future with Cyclopss ozone laundry systems. How many a year brings a real profit to Cyclopss?

What could that mean to us as shareholders?

Anyone think $10 a share for the laundry division is outrageous?

Tell us why?

Regards, Jeff
