My experience with the Surplus Direct IDE Zip was excellent like
you. No frills. Works well. No complaints here.>

My installation also went well, however if you all of the niceities for your Surplus Direct IDE Zip like an Installation Manual, a User's Guide, the latest drivers and the Iomega Tools software they are all available for free from the Iomega Web site:

iomega.com

(You can also download all of the software items by anonymous ftp from the Iomega ftp site ftp.iomega.com which typically will transfer quite a bit faster when using a dedicated ftp client like wsftp_32)
