No complaints here.> My installation also went well, however if you all of the niceities for your Surplus Direct IDE Zip like an Installation Manual, a User's Guide, the latest drivers and the Iomega Tools software they are all available for free from the Iomega Web site: iomega.com (You can also download all of the software items by anonymous ftp from the Iomega ftp site ftp.iomega.com which typically will transfer quite a bit faster when using a dedicated ftp client like wsftp_32) Has all of the IDE ZIP specific items: Tech support for IDE ZIP Drive. The Iomega Zip IDE drive was designed for installation be OEM's only. The documentation included on this page has been created to help you overcome potential installation problems.
