I think its pure speculation. However, with >50% insider ownership, if it ever happens it will have to be very beneficial for us share-holders.

By the way, I do like yesterday's earning reports and it affords a good up-ward movement from the current price in my opinion. After PAIR's earnings the visibility will be even better. Do you follow PAIR ?

However, I will not be comfortable if price run-up to 40 in the short-term without any additional VERY positive F/A i.e. contract announcement/gainning market share.
