I wish I could take credit for all of it but I listen to a lot of conference calls and one CEO brags that his employee retention rate is higher than 90% (I know the exact number). He says this in every single call. I own the stock. That got me thinking. Do employees know more about a company than the board? They earn all the money...of course they know more. The board is symbolic at best. The rest of this was easy....it just took time so I toy with conservatives on SI when I need a break.
