Island Man :

Here are the number of shares, I'm posting them for my own information should we need a recent reference copied from a previous post--.

"""...Yesterday when I asked Scott about the number of shares, He gave a string of numbers which I copied down as 18M 6M 3M 3M 9M. He then explained what the numbers were and I wrote down 18M total, 6M inside, 3M Canadian Institution, 3M Swedish Institution, 9M float. Now, 6M + 3M + 3M +9M does not equal 18M. Not being a pro at phone interviews, I decided without asking for a clarification that he must have said 18m total, 6M insider 3M institution and 9M float. 6M + 3M +9M = 18M and I was content. """

If insiders have added a million there is no way they could have added them by purchases on the open market, at least lately, the only million share day we have had recently was a down day; any clue as to how insiders came by additional shares..gregor

> His guestimate for the stock price was 1.00-2.00 (60-90 days). The company would be generating an average of 10 companies/month signing on by mid-year and the stock he says should be trading at 5.00 by the summer.

This talk of future stock price really bothers me. We heard the same sort of thing last October (?), with predictions by management of $2.00 by December. I have a good deal of respect for TSIS management because, as far as I can tell, they have met most of their publically stated targets. I just don't think that they have any business giving out more predictions of something that cannot be known.

Ten companies per month would be great. Clearly a lot of small bites are what will make this company.
