Fido, I have quite a few of the 11 & 1/4s, but they are for May. I ran into a Apple rep at CompUSA yesterday and he gave me a good story about the G3's. He said you can run Virtual PC software in the PowerPC Macs and it emulates the Pentium chip thereby allowing you to run any PC software and to be seen as a PC on a network like WindowsNT. Looks promising for my connection here and for avoiding a software changeover with my work. How much did you pay for your G3s at Stanford, my understanding is the university discount here would put it at around $1700. I presume that includes a 15" monitor. Regards, David S.
