Yes, Mr. Francis seems to have no ax to grind with Jobs. I think we're going to be seeing a media reversal of amusing proportions over the next year. Hey, I know for a fact that Jim Carlton is rooting for Apple . . .

I just saw B Francis on CNBC, and he outlined 3 points: margins up to 22%, revs down 26% from year ago period, and expenses down 30%. He says no major news in the release. Come on- AAPL posted .37 eps versus expected loss of, what, .06?!!!! That is not major news!!!

Conference call going on right now, and info to be later on CNBC(market edge).

I would not be totally shocked at a drop tomorrow, but completely shocked if it is substantial(say 18s).

Jobs says margins are sustainable at 22%, and that is big!!!!
