Although I have no reason not to believe the merger statement and I hope/pray its true, but lets remember it was taken off a telephone conversation.

If Myriad is "very profitable," as Ira put it (through Brad) on $60 million in revenue, I would take that to mean what, about 20 percent margin? That would give us about $12 million in profits per year. The way stock multiples have been, I think that paying 10 times earnings would be a bargain. That would be a purchase price of $120 million for Myriad.

Given that Firamada appears to have assets of perhaps $5 million, this deal seems highly leveraged. How do they fund it? Junk bonds?

Perhaps Myriad is not making much money.
