How many times did the Rat spit on the ground within 5 feet of another person? I think that is still a crime in our beloved state.

I think it is unlikely he never ran a stop light, jaywalked or went over the speed limit.

Funny how that works out isn't it. Everyone considers the crimes they commit as not a major crime.
Smoking pot, entering the country illegally, etc. It's all about self-justification.

Never took non-prescription drugs either. I can deal with reality without any non-prescription help. Especially when reality is FANTASTIC.
