There are a number of methods the payments could still be made, note that it was left up to the agency to either show the formula had merit, or to tweak it. Trump is using this as an excuse to halt the payments. See here for better details: acasignups.com We will know which one it is by seeing how long it takes to resume payments. If its fairly prompt, then I'll acknowledge no games on the part of Trump. Want to take a guess which way it will go?
