Let me get this straight. You claimed the first post was "inflammatory" because it made is sound like this was the Trump admin withholding payments, when in fact there is a court ruling halting payments until some adjustments are made? Yet you could look at everything Trump has done to date, and come to the conclusion that indeed Trump would LOVE to halt these payments, and the court handed him an opportunity. So go out on a limb here and make a prediction as to what will happen. Will Trump speedily resolve the issue so the payments are restored with minimum disruption to the insurers, or will he attempt to maximize the damage to them to further destabilize the ACA, i.e. the "inflammatory" view of things?
