About that touching haircut/barber/mechanic story you posted... People start new businesses every day. They just go ahead and do all the things they need to do to start the business. Many more people think they'd like to start a business, but after looking into it they realize they can't do the accounting, they can't run a payroll, they don't know how to manage people, they don't know how to promote a business, they can't fill out the required paperwork, they don't have the necessary credit, and in fact don't have the faintest idea of what it means to run a business. Those people are what are referred to as employees. If they were capable of running a business, they'd find a way to make it happen. You know it's true.
