What About THIS ‘Family Separation?’ Illegal Alien Privilege: Foreign Invader Gets No Jail Time, $280 Fine for Killing FBI Agent and Fireman It turns out liberals are right when they say that illegal aliens only sneak into America for a better life. In his native Guatemala Roberto Garza Palacios probably would have been executed for killing a law enforcement agent and a first responder, but here in the US he only faced a small fine and received no jail time. After killing a an FBI agent and a fireman with his car, this illegal alien was slapped on the wrist with a $280 fine and absolutely no time behind bars. Life doesn’t get much better than that. In December of 2017 28-year-old Roberto Garza Palacios was driving in Maryland when he lost control of the vehicle and plowed into FBI Supervisory Special Agent Carlos Wolff and Maryland State Fire Marshal Sander Cohen, killing them both. Even if this was a simple accident, Palacios is an illegal alien and shouldn’t have even been in the country. He also caused the deaths of 2 American citizens. Surely there must be some harsh penalty awaiting this lawbreaking scumbag, right? Not so much, as reported by WJLA: A Maryland man who fatally struck an FBI agent and a fire marshal on the side of a highway has been convicted of negligent driving and paid a $280 fine. If he’s an illegal alien from Guatemala, he’s not a “Maryland man” he’s a “Guatemala man,” which sounds like the world’s worst superhero. Actually, considering what he did he’s more like a supervillain: …28-year-old Roberto Garza Palacios served no jail time for his role in the December crash that killed Deputy Chief State Fire Marshal Sander Cohen and FBI Special Agent Carlos Wolff. What about the fact that his negligent driving resulted in the deaths of two innocent people? I don’t know what the laws are in Maryland, but in most places this is considered vehicular homicide and punishable by serious prison time. I do know that Maryland issues driver’s licenses to illegal aliens, so maybe they also have a law that doesn’t hold them accountable for taking human life. This is insane. The last time I got a speeding ticket in California it cost me over $500 with court fees and driving school. I’m a natural born US citizen with a valid driver’s license and I got hit harder by the law than an illegal alien who killed two people. I didn’t kill anyone or cause an accident, I was just going 80 in a 65mph zone. The WJLA report contained this curiously worded piece: Garza, a native of Guatemala, still faces possible deportation. Immigration authorities arrested him after the accident and charged him with overstaying a visa. That’s the closest that WJLA will come to saying that this killer asshole is an illegal alien. What really sucks about this lenient sentencing is that it may not rise to the level of a deportable offense. Yes, he killed two people, but he only got slapped with a misdemeanor “distracted driving” charge. Generally illegal aliens convicted of felonies are an enforcement priority, so Palacios probably won’t get kicked out over this. And what makes this story completely infuriating is that Palacios probably won’t even pay the $280 fine. If there’s one thing consistant about illegal aliens, it’s that they don’t give a shit about the law. It’s why in California they don’t even give tickets to illegal aliens anymore. They know those summons will be ignored and the fines unpaid.
