Jana has lowered it stake & insider have been sellers. Next Quarterly earnings report will be more telling. I'm still holding the common and some call options. Tilman Fertitta name comes to mind when I think of this company.

BLMN earnings released this AM. Decent domestic revenue gains with Outback - I'm expecting to see the shares move back up during this quarter. CEO states the she will continue to sell shares received from option exercises, but will continue to hold a substantial number of shares (she appears to have around 144,000 shares).
