They aren't getting any cost leverage!!!! What's the matter with this company? I said so a long time ago on this thread. I claimed back then (William Harmond ought to remember it, see msg 924) that even under most optimistic assumptions we should expect Yahoo to follow the path of the big networks, which, while being wildly profitable, only see mild cost leverage benefits. This is due to ever-increasing production costs, a point that was perfectly illustrated these last two weeks with the developments of Seinfeld and the NFL.
