A possible patent infringement can be a scary cloud hanging over this stock. It could tilt a lot of holders into wanting out and potential buyers into looking elsewhere, regardless of the company's prospects.
I sold at 15 when the stock seemed to stall, figuring I'd get back in at a lower price. Until learning about the possible legal case against Radica (with all the attendant ambiguities), my crystal ball (Warning: not always reliable) advised me to look for a steady deterioration into a brief panic blowoff to the low 11's (giving me a chance to load up on options) and then a snappy recovery from there. But a legal cloud makes the situation dicier. The stock market hates unknowns like this and so do I. In this lawyered-up country, with clogged courts virtually guaranteeing years before legal resolution, one can indulge in denial as it'll be business as usual for quite a while. But I have no idea about such matters in Japan.

I watch my level 2 all day for the past month. I think FAHN is shorting
because they always offer to sell 1/16 over WEDB bid from 15 down .Normal sales would usully let it rally occasionally to get a better overall price. It also looks like some of the other MM are hitch hiking on FAHN selling. I really appreciate all the info on this thread.
