" It was totally unrelated to the topic under discussion. " That of course is simply your poor opinion. Claiming the other party has engaged in "ad hominem" attacks, is itself a "ad hominem" attack.. It is part of the natural progression of the losing party in a debate as it circles the bowl on it way down to the lower level in your pyramid. Which of course is "name calling", and of course the customary claim of victory while degenerating into name calling phase indicating a complete loss. I was President of the debate team at my school.
