--This company depends mostly still on ONE customer, which has screwed them in the past
--Management has proven to be often without a clue
--Key contracts with the biggest 2 or 3 customers expire in just 2-3 years
--Technology such as MLED are not here today, but no one knows how fast it could be ready
--They appear to be in desperation mode now to get "blue" and have been on that vague quest for years

UDC has signed 5 year contracts with many different companies including Samsung. Please tell me which major customers are expiring in 2-3 years and what their options will be then.
BOE is quickly becoming a major competitor to Samsung. LG is increasing their output from 1.6 million 2017, to 2.8 million this year, to 10 million TVs over the next 4 years.

MLED is not in the picture. It is truly fake news posted for the benefits of shorts. Its development is many years away, then production major problems, then price will stop it, therefore anyone that mentions it seems to have reasons for doing so.

As they continue to develop blue , I am sure they are excited about the release. Desperation is a term that seems to be used by you to push your narrative.

We dont mind differences of opinions but fake news, alternate facts and scare terms are not appropriate and anyone investing real money knows what you are doing.

I said it before and I say it again, you need to change your name to shortoled1.

--This company depends mostly still on 2 customers (one for tv and one for phones), which is vey risky, especially since one has really screwed them in the past and they both invested in a competitor
And increasing BOE, etc

--Management has proven to be often without a clue, numerous time in forecasts of future events
Can't argue here but you can't deny they have grown revs from $20-$350 million.

--Key contracts with the biggest 2 or 3 customers expire in just 2-3 years
Same old patent scare. They have many OLED manufacturing patents that extend beyond

--Better, competing technology such as MLED is not here today, but no one knows how fast it could be ready. As soon as it is, could have a major negative impact on the stock price
Not going to compete for at least 5 years and even then OLED will be 5 years ahead of it.

--They appear to be in desperation mode now to get "blue" and have been on that quest for years
Nope, they are working on blue like everyone else. Where is evidence of their desperation?

They basically sell tiny bottles of dust and help implementing it for crazy fees millions of dollars and the major manufacturers buy it right now because they are forced to buy because of patents. Not a comfortable arrangement for me.
This is just sour grapes silly commentary by someone who lost money buying high.

But they wont be forever. Major patents expire in a few years also.
Yes, the operating financials are very good, but these are the business challenges and why they may never again get to a very high PE, especially after what just happened.
This was said about thousands of companies.. Netflix, Amazon, Qualcomm, etc.

I personally lost tens of thousands from mgmts bs flowerly rhetoric and the obvious financials, I would advise to be careful not to do the same. They aren't paying the dividend out of the goodness of their heart imho, they are doing this because they know the dream they are selling may not last for long and they want to have another reason to keep investors. Be prudent and DON'T buy this on margin.
Margin is a fools game. That's on you as an investor, not OLED

More useless dribble from an obvious short. Now go away until you have some real facts to report.
