Earlie, thanks for the terrific note on Micron. David G forgot to mention Microstamp-g- I haven't heard much about Microstink lately. Perhaps they are keeping that one in reserve for a really bad quater. Mike

Earlie,

Well no one can accuse you of having a shortage of thoughts or comments...but after all is said and done I never really heard you give the costs that MU should be using for its 16mb and 64mb DRAM and SDRAM chips and how it relates to their asps.

I have asked this question sooo many times to most everyone on this thread and to date nobody has given me a satisfactory answer. Some do admit they don't know and I respect them for it but others seem to fabricate based on their bias. Where are you and how accurate can you be with your numbers????...b/c I'll tell you, I have a hard time believing your position that MU costs are in the $4.50 range instead of 3.50...and also that MU asps are in the 2-3 range instead of 3.50 to 4.

Earlie, it is easy to criticize someones numbers but very difficult to criticize and provide factual studies to back your position up. Why don't you provide us with MU ASP and costs and your sources so we can all learn from it.

Thanks in advance

DavidG
