I get that, but there are plenty of people who could easily vote if they chose to do so who aren't in any of those categories. Having said that, if the Democrats ever manage to get back in power they need to mandate weekend voting instead voting on Tuesdays when many working people have a difficult time getting to the polls. Republicans will fight tooth and nail against it because Tuesday voting is an important part of their voter suppression efforts.
