My guess is the announcement will be acq. of 12 bingo halls outside of S. Carolina for $4m cash. Total purchase valued at less than 2 times revenue.

Today's action was continuation of general drip by drip downtrend. Volume dried up and mm's pushed it down to see where it would go. Stock looked for and found new support.

As of today I'm out. Too much uncertainty. Couldn't let purchase after warrant call at $5.50 go bad. Almost one year of following BNGO(w) with a result of breaking even. Owning this stock is close to gambling.

Good luck to all.

Ted

Gary: The following is from an article in The State printed last June:

State # of machines Payout revenue
Delaware 2,500 87% 25%
Louisiana 16,000 87% 28%
Montana 16,500 80% 15%
Oregon 8,400 88% 59%
Rhode Island 1,600 96% 49%
South Dakota 8,000 80% 50%
West Virginia 1,900 92% 33%
South Carolina 24,000 None* None

There are a few of these states that might make for a good
business but who knows... We'll just have to wait and see.
