Hi, Lorne...I've been calling it AMU for Asian Monetary Unit called for in the Bretton Woods Accord, just as EMU was called for first. However, a nifty post by someone either on this thread or on XAU thread ystdy pointed out that the Asians were discussing it as an ACU, or the Asian Currency Unit.

So, wanting to appear politically correct, I'm now replacing my references to AMU w/the newer improved tasting version: ACU

In point of fact, the person posting the ACU story ystdy referred to in the previous paragraph was wondering where INDIA fit into the scheme of ACU and upcoming 3rd Reserve Currency Introduction I've been trying to alert folks about on these threads...and VOILA...
