Hi Jake! I think your analysis seems pretty extreme from what information I have been able to ascertain.

Historically, CVIA has been able keep the discounts closer to the 25-30% range.

And I think the first acquisition is just a small step. From what I have read, there are several other acquisition prospects already in the works.

I think the "brain trust" behind this has bigger things in mind much sooner than one might expect. The last press release was actually INVITING MORE tire companies that are interested in being acquired even though they already have several profitable ones that are interested.

I wouldn't be surprised if the press release and the article in TIRE BUSINESS Magazine prompted even more tire companies to inquire.

All of this would seem odd if CVIA/WOTD was just looking at one or two acquisitions in the next few months. I suspect they could be lining up funding for MANY acquisitions, but the funding could be contingent on the performance of the first 2 or 3 acquisitions.

I agree that it could be quite some time before investors that are in at high cost levels (20 cents or more) will see increase on their investment.

But I think investors in at about 5 cents or under could be pleasantly surprised in a reasonably short time.

Just my opinions, of course.

Best wishes,
Brad
