I don't think the article stated who owned the system, Arnie.
Apparently the system is already up in Metropolitan Tokyo
and it's now being expanding into the suburbs. I think it
said that Motorola will be paid an additional $50 million to
expand the system. Next time I'm at Western Michigan University
Library (about twice a week), I'll have another look at it.
