The other day I did just that, not in the Roth IRA, but at what I thought was a bargain price only to see that fall nearly 50%. At least, Davis, the management won't be margining their stock options for a while..no percentage there. Now as for Darth and Co.,can they continue to short the stock against a Reg-D filing or am I misunderstanding what's going on. If so, someone please correct me.. Please be assured that the only blockbuster news that I want to see at the moment, is the new CEO we have been promised. Christmas has come and gone and soon it will be Valentine's Day and then Easter...is the second coming going to come first?

Update from the trading desk and Tustin S-3 conversions are at maximum but only two participants are converting, other members in for long run. Shorts are running well ahead of conversions and trying to force stock price lower. 40,000 shares (10's) hit bid at close but it held and closed on uptick. Conversions are covering previous shorts. Stochastics, oversold indicators heavily on buy side. Trials of Lym-1 and TNT on track to begin in mid-February. New protocols are very fast, primary endpoint for both is partial remission. Money for trials not a problem, possible finance/licensing package soon. Question, is someone trying to steal the company?
