Expiry throws another spin on it but the data I have indicates arb activity should be minimal, at this time, because OI of ITM OEX calls is too small to generate arbitrage. On the other hand, The Advance Decline oscillator is on the rise. But this indicator usually takes a few days to kick in with respect to significant upside market movement. ....sometimes it does not pay to have too much information, it puts my brain into lock. Time to get my liver medicine, I suppose.
