Apple Stock Falls Despite Profit
SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) - Apple Computer stock slipped 4 percent
this morning despite a report after the market's close yesterday
that Apple had a $47 million quarterly profit. Today, Apple shares
were down 87 1/2 cents to $18.87 1/2 on the Nasdaq Stock Market. Apple
Computer Inc.'s announced profit shows that it is succeeding with
its new Macintosh machines and continued cost-cutting. But that may
not be enough if Apple is to continue its recovery.

How can they combat the dirty press? That's the real question! I know they can make solid systems.... but what's this shit in reporting a 4% decline after several day giving a 20-30% increase? And in MORNING trading when all stocks were taking a hit?

This is CRAP!
