I heard Infrastructure's 98 outlook of the industry omits Cymer. Can a subscriber (circumspectly) help us out ? Actually you heard wrong.. Carl Johnson actually said for the first time that Cymer would be a pure play on taking advantage of DUV. He did not say anything positive about cymer only that it was the only play in the light source area. He did say though he felt photo lithography was a must going forward. good luck Carl, thanks for answering my question!
