Gary, Its looking good coming into earnings...part options expiration part earnings expectation...either way its good...I think only the die hard shorts are selling into this run. Momentum either way is now on our side. Ascend will improve its earnings this year and we have alot of room to run on our p/e. Another good point from recent market declines are: Investors are now realizing 20-30% growth is damn good when you can get it. Anyway you look at it Ascend is a good investment. btw, I picked up 1000 ORCL this morning. Jeff

gary, you may have a new #1 seller (at least among lawyers), "a how to manual for lawyers to receive public sympathy and support." keep up the posts and info. we might still see your 48, but not as a buyout, but from mo' and good technicals.
