Your broad-based ignorance certainly seems to include a deep ignorance of technology. It's hard to know where to start, when you seem to know nothing at all about IT. First, a really general IT knowledge question: Are you under the impression that there is a physical item that could be referred to as "the dnc server"? And a followup for either possible answer... If yes, please describe what and where you think it would be. If no, why did you refer to "the dnc server"?
