I'm sorry your life is so dull that we would provide that much amusement...

Mostly appears to be sour grapes by investors who are attempting to blame the company and it's principles for losses because the drug failed in its Phase III, despite having appeared to be good after it's Phase II trials.

EVERY class action lawsuit is sour grapes over lost money, you freaking putz!

That doesn't mean the fraud allegations are without merit. A law firm who specializes in suing companies for this type of thing certainly doesn't think so.

Prospective investors aren't going to consider a company run by a CEO without any record of success, who's embroiled in a lawsuit for fraud. There are too many opportunities that don't have this baggage.

Not that they were any more attracted by NNVC being a piggy bank used by Diwan to fund Theracour.

When are the slack-jawed mouth-breathers over at the STUCK-HOLDER board going to acknowledge that the company can't raise another penny, and is going to be broke in less than 3 months?

Diwan is thanking his lucky stars that so many dim saps like you were happy to donate to his family's wealth!
