Hi Josh,

I stopped smoking about 30 years ago. I used the gum for 10 days. I started chewing 10 pieces a day then reduced it by one piece a day until there were no more. I realized that I was at first shifting my addiction from cigarettes to the nicotine in the gum so the gum had to go as fast as I could make it happen.

It was also hard to do away with other habits associated with smoking such as what to do with my hands when they were used to holding a butt. :-)

It was the best thing that I’ve ever done for myself, not to mention my sweet non smoking wife and kids.

Reid

How are you doing with this Josh? Quitting smoking was one of the hardest things I ever did. Took me several tries.

Best

Wow, giving up on AA meetings because it was too smoky... I couldn't blame him... for a non smoker, it very surely gets overwhelming not to mention its obvious health risks...

I'm just glad you're now a non smoker and staying on track, I'm very glad for you and I'm very proud of you...
